Return Policy

If you’re not happy, please let us know. We’ll handle your issue on a case-by-case basis to make it right. For returns and exchanges, please contact to confirm the return address. (Pre-order items can't be returned except for product quality issues.)

To expedite your request, please include the following when you contact us:

your order number
a brief description of the problem
a photo illustrating the issue
your preference for a replacement or a refund

Return Conditions

You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Refunds will in most cases be issued to the same credit card or Paypal account used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement (Paypal refunds will be transferred immediately).
Shopping points will not be refunded for free orders or giveaways.
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
If your return is a result of an error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.

If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus the original shipping charges and return shipping fees.

Return Process

1. please get in touch with Customer Service at, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and why. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated. For damaged or defective products, we require pictures or videos of defective/damaged items to process the return/refund.

2. Prepare the shipping label. Once the return request is approved, we will provide you a return address. Print your shipping labels or ask the carrier location for assistance. For damaged or defective products, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label.

3. Pack up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and all accessories in the original shipment.

4. Drop off your package at a carrier location near you and ship the items to us. Once it ships, please contact us at and tell us the tracking number. We will track the process and issue the refund to your original payment method after receiving the package.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

Pre-order items (unless the products have quality issues)
Gift cards
Personalized items
Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g., "5 for £25" (unless the entire bundle is returned)
Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
Items you have already assembled

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund and can vary depending on the location of the return. We will be responsible for the shipping cost in several situations: Item arrives in a damaged or otherwise defective state, product quality issues. We require pictures or videos of defective/damaged items to issue a full refund.



If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, different size, or different product altogether, we are happy to help you with that! The process is similar to a return, and all the same policies listed in our Return Policy apply. There are two ways to exchange an item, depending upon your preference.

Before the return: To receive the new item sooner, you can go ahead and place an order for the new item before you return the old item. We will original payment method once we receive the return.

Return shipping costs still apply for all exchanges and will automatically be deducted from the refund amount.
